would be flled or maintained in the Property or any part thereof, or
the curtilage or curtilages appurtenant theroto, either by himself or
anyone elso for or on account of any work, labor or materials supplied
in the performance of the Contract, or under any supplemental contrllct
or for extra work, in the eroction, cOllstruction or completion of the
Improvements on the Ptoperty or any ot the aurtilages appurteuant
thereto.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITN~SS~tH:
1, The Contractor, for himllolf and anyone else acting or
claiming through or under him, for and in considetation of the Con-
tract and the considflrations mentioned therein, and intending to be
legally bound hereby, does hereby waive and relinqulsh all right to
fUe a mechanics' lion, claim or notlce of intention to file any lien
or cl..im, and docs hereby cov<!nant, promise and agree that no
mechanics' lien or claim or other lien or claim of any Kind whatsoever
shall be flled or maintained against tho Improvements or the e.tate or
title of owner in the Property or tho curtilage or curtilage. appur-
tenant thereto, by or in the name of Contractor or any ,ubcontrBctor,
materialmen or laborers for work done or materials furnished undet the
Contract or by any oth~r party acting through or und~r them or any of

sons, firms or corporation. shall be joint and several, and the word
