STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

by and between W. LEE ROLAND BUILDER, of 337 West Meadow Drive,
Mechanic.burg, Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
contractor, AND DAVID E, WHITNEY and PATRICIA L, WHITNEY, his
wife, of 2419 Clover Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, herein-
after referred to as owner, whereby the former undertook and
agreed to erect and construct a single-family residential
dwelling on that certain lot of ground situate on Kendall Drive,
Mechanicsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsyl-
vania, being Lot No, 5, Phase I - section II, Final subdivision
Plan of Meadowview Estates, said Plan being recorded in the
Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 66, Page
4. Being the same premises which John M, Knaub and Janet D.
Knaub, his wife, by Deed dated May 26, 1994 and recorded May 31,
1994 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Deed
Book 106, Page 242, granted alld conveyed unto David E. Whitney
and Patricia L, Whitney, his wife,
HOW THERErOR., THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH I That the said
contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1,00)
Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in
the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors,
and all parties acting through or under them, covenant and agree
that no mechanic's liens or claims shall be filed or maintained
