WHEREAS. has entered Into a contract with Carlisle SynTec Systems,
Division of Carlisle Corporation, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for Improvement to the real
property siluated in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on lhe north side ofU,S, Route
II South more particularly described In deeds recorded in the orllee for lhe Recording of Deeds In and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 20, 1957 In Deed Book R, Volume 17 at Page 483 and June 19,
1981 In Deed Book L, Volume 29 at Page 539,
NOW THEREFORE, it Is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of lhe
said contract and for the consideration lhereln set furth, that nellher lhe undersigned Cuntractor, any subcontractor
or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to lhe said Contractor under lhls contract shall
tile a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any
part thereof,
1111s stipulation Is made and intended to be flied with lhe Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Prolhonotary
within ten (10) days alter date, In accordance with requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, In such case
provided.
