Summons in Civil Action Law
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law,
says he made diligent search and inquiry for one of the within named
defendants to wit: Anthony Butler, but was unable to locate him in his
bailiwick. He therefore deputized the Sheriff of York county. to serve
the within Summons in Civil Action Law and Notice according to law
YORK COUNTY RETURN I Now August 2, 1994 at 3:35 o'clock P.M. served
the within Summons upon Anthony Butler at York County Court House,
28 East Market Street, York pA by handing to Anthony Butler a true
and attested copy of the original Summons and made known to Anthony
Butler the contents thereof.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law,
says he made diligent search and inquiry for the within named defendant
to wit: Pennsy Supply, but was unable to locate them in his bailiwick.
He therefore deputized the sheriff of Dauphin County to serve the
within Summons in Civik Action Law according to law.
DAUPHIN COUNTY RETURN: and Now: July 13, 1994 at 1:35 P.M. served
the wihtin Writ of Summons upon Pennsy Supply by personally handing to
Annette Shotsberger, Sec'y and person in charge at time of service
a true attested copy of the original Writ of Summons and making known
to her the contents thereof at 1001 Paxton Street, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Penna.
