ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this '7 tt day of J~~ 1994, upon consideration ofthe within Agreement
for Custody and Visitation and upon motion of Sally J. Winder, Esquire, allorney for Plaintiff, it is
hereby ORDERED AND DIRECTED that:
I, Primary residenlial custody of the parties' child, Jessica Jean Clugh, born June 12,
1990, is awarded to her Mother, Judy Ann Clugh.
2, Father, Carl Edward Clugh, shall have certain rights of partial custody and visitation
with the child, Jessica Jean Clugh, on alternating weekends on Saturday from noon until 6:00 II,m.
and on Sunday from noon until 6:00 p,m, Provided, however, that if Father is intoxicated, he
shall not be entitled to pick up the child for visitation, Additionally, Father shall not be
intoxicated during any time that the child Is in his care and control. Father shall also have certain
rights of partial custody and visitation with the child at such other times as may be mutually
agreed upon by the parties with atlenst 48 hours notice.

WIIBRBAS, Judy Ann Clugh and Carl Edward CIUllh are the natural parents of a minor
child. Jessica Jean CIUllh. born June 12, 1990; and

WHEREAS, It is the desire ofthe natural parenlslo provide for the welfare and best
Inlerests of the child, Jessica Jean CIUllh; and

child onulternatlng Saturdays and Sundays beginning at noon on Saturday and ending at 6:00
p,m, on Saturday, and again on Sunday Iromnoon until 6:00 p,m, The child shall not stay
overnight with the Father. The Father shall not be intoxicated while the child is In his care and
control, Additionally, if the Father is intoxicated, he shalllhrfelt his visitation with the child and
Mother shall not allow the child to go with the Father ifhe is intoxicated,
4, The natural Father, Carl Edward Clugh, shall also have visitation and temporary
custody al such other times as may be mutually agreed upon by Ihe parties with alleast 48 hours
advance nolice.

Order of Court in the Court ol'Common Pleas ol'Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and shall be
construed under the laws ol'the Commonwealth ofl'ennsylvanla.
