Pike), said point helng referenced 1,200 feet West of the rlght.of-way line of 51. Johns
Church Road and at the eastern line of the property conveyed hy Nelson Improvement
and Develupment Corporation to E.1. DuPont DeNemours & Co,; thence North 03
degrees OS minutes West along the eastern line of lands nuw or late of E,1. DuPont
DeNemours & Cu,. 748,33 feet to a point at the low water mark of the Conodogulnet
Creek; thence Nurth 77 degrees 38 minutes Eat along the alilrementloned luw water

Pike, Mechanlcshurg, PA 17055, and containing 6.84 acres, mure or less.
NOW, THEREFORE, TillS AGREEMENT WITNESS~TII: That the said Contractur, for and In
consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor In hand paid hy Owner, the receipt when.'()f Is herehy
acknowledged, and the funher consideration mentioned In the Agreement, for hself ,1nd hs subcontractors, and all
parties acting through or under Contractor and hs subcontractors, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of the above described lot for or on account of any work done or materials
furnished by them or any of them under said Agreement or otherwise, for. Inwards, In, or ahout the paving work on
the lot ahove descrlhed and the said Contraclnr, for Itself, hs suhcontractors and olhers under them herehy expressly
waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the lot above
descrlhed, and agree that this Instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall he an Independent covenant,
