EXHIBIT "A"
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of unimproved ground situate in
Dickinson Township cumberland county, Pennsylvania, more
particularly bounde~ and described in accordance with the Final
Subdivision plan of Green Hill as recorded in Plan Book 55, Page
17, as follows I
BEGINNING at a point in the southern right of way line of Nelson
Drive at the northwestern corner of Lot No. 25 on the aforesaid
Final Subdivision Plan; thence along said Lot No. 25, South 01
degrees 44 minutos 20 seconds West, 275.35 feet to a point at the
southwestern corner of said Lot No. 25 at lands now or formerly of
Herman H. Helman, et UK; thence along said lands now or formerly of
Herman H, Helman, et UK, North 07 degrees 54 minutes 26 seconds
West, 199.03 feet to a point at the southeastern corner of Lot No.
27 on the aforesaid Final Subdivision Plan; thence along said Lot
No, 27, North 05 degrees 03 minutes 45 seconds East, 263.34 feet to
a point; thence continuing along said Lot No. 27, North 39 degrees
05 minutes 40 seconds East, 66,81 feet to a point in said southern
right of way line of Nelson Drive at the northeastern corner of
said Lot No. 27; thence along said southern right of way line of
Nelson Drive, by a curve to the left having a radius of 325.00
feet, an arc length of 151.36 feet to a point in said southern
right of way line of Nelson Drive at the northwestern corner of
said Lot No. 25, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 55,401.29 square feet and being all of Lot No. 26 on the
aforesaid Final Subdivision Plan.
BEING the same premises which Nelson L. Minich, widower, by deed
dated April 27, 1990 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Book 34-N, Page 521,
granted and conveyed to Gregory L. Weaver and Martha A. Metz,
husband and wife, Borrowere herein.
