WHEREAS. Insulation Inc. hll5 entered Into a contract with Carlisle SynTec Systems.
Division of Carlisle Corporation, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for improvement to the real
property shuated In tlle Borough of Carlisle, Cumherland County. Pennsylvania, on the north side of U,S, Route
II South more particularly descrlhed In deeds recorded In the Ofilce for the Recording of Deeds In and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 20. 1957 In Deed Book R. Volume 17 al Page 483 and June 19.
1981 In Deed Book L. Volume 29 at Page 539,
NOW THEREFORE, It Is herehy stipu/atL'll and agreed by and between the said parties. 115 part of the
said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any suhcontractor
or material man. nor any other person furnishing lahor or materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall
liIe a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, Illr work done or materials furnished to the said hulldlng or any
part thereof.
This stipulation Is made and intended to he liIed with the Cumherland County, Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days alter date. In accordance wilh requirements of ActoI' Assemhly of Pennsylvania, in such case
provided, ~
