ALL that certain lot or piece of ground with the buildings and im-
provements thereon erected, situate in the Township of Lower Allen,
countr of cumberland and state of Pennsylvania, more particularly
descr bed in accordance with a surver and plan thereof made by Damon
and Foster Civil Engineers, Sharon H 11, Pennsylvania, dated November
12, 1958, and revised on various dates, the latest being December 19,
1958, as followSI
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Black Latch Lane (fifty
feet wide) at the distance of One thousand eighty-eight and sixty-
eight one hundredths feet measured East and Southeast along the side
of Black Latch Lane from the Easterly terminus of a sixty foot radius
curve which connects the side of Black Latch Lane and the Easterly
side of Allendale WaYI THENCE along the said side of Black Latch Lane
South twenty-four degrees, ten minutes East one hundred ten feet to a
corner of Lot No. 58 on said Planl THENCE along the same South sixty-
five degrees, fifty minutes West One hundred fifty-six and twelve one-
hundredths feetl THENCE North twenty-six degrees, forty-two minutes,
sixteen seconds West One hundred sixteen feet to a corner of Lot No.
601 THENCE along the same and through the center of a twenty foot wide
drainage easement, North sixty-seven degrees, fifty-five minutes,
forty seconds East One hundred sixty-one and thirty-five one-hun-
dredths feet to the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 59 on said Plan. Having thereon erected a dwelling
house known as 408 Black Latch Lane.
