ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 14th day of October, 2002, the
Defendant, James Michael Huffman, now appearing in court on
a charge of indirect criminal contempt with the Public
Defender, Timothy L. Clawges, Esquire, and pursuant to an
agreement of counsel in the person of Michael W. Mervine,
Esquire, on behalf of the Commonwealth, and Defendant and
his counsel, the nonjury trial in this case is scheduled
for Thursday, December 5, 2002, at 3:15 p.m., in Courtroom
No. 1, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania, at which time and place the Defendant is
directed to appear.
Bail in this matter, again pursuant to
agreement of counsel and Defendant, is set at ROR.
