FOR VALUE RECEIVED and sums advanced on May 3, 1991, May 17, 1991,
and December 16, 1991, I promise to pay to the order of George H.
Gries and Joyce Gries, of 4734 Enola Road, Newville, PA 17241
THE BUM OF $4,835.00 with interest at the rate of 8', interest only
payable quarterly, Note payable on demand.
UPON FAILURE to make any payments as herein agreed, this Note
shall, at the option of its holder, become immediately due and
payable, without demand or notice.
AND FURTHER, I do hereby authorize and empower the Prothonotary or
any attorney of any Court of Record in Pennsylvania or elsewhere,
to appear for and confess judgment for any sums due and payable
hereon, with or without declaration, with costs of suit, release of
errors, without stay of execution I with 10' added for attorney's
feesl and also waive the right of inquisition on any real estate
that may be levied upon to collect this Notel and do hereby
voluntarily condemn the same and authorize the Prothonotary to
enter said voluntary condemnation upon any Fieri Facias that may be
issued to collect said judgment I and further agree that said estate
may be sold on a Fieri Facias and do hereby waive and release all
relief from any and all appraIsement, stay of execution, exemption
or bankruptcy laws of this or any other state nor in force of
hereafter to be passed.
