WIIEREAS,Alan M. Mauer and Terry A. Mauer, his wife
of Cumberland County Pennsylvania,
is about to eKecute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
FM & T sgrignoli, Partnership of Cumberland County Pennsylvania,
for a single family residential building upon a lot of land situate
BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the northern line of Sherwood cir1ce and
the line of adjoiner between Lots Nos. 60 and 61 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan
of Lots; thence north 9 degrees, 19 minutes, 36 seconds west by said line of
adjoiner 131.41 feet to a point; thence north 71 degrees, 55 minutes, east 70.00
feet to a point; thence south 18 degrees, 5 minutes, east by the western line of
Lot 59, 130.00 feet to a point on the northern line of Sherwood circlet thence 71
degrees, 55 minutes west by the northern line of Sherwwod Circle 82.54 feet to a
point; thence by Dame on a curve to the right with the radius of 225 feet for a
distance of 7.46 feet to the point and place of beginning.
BEING known as Lot No. 60 on Final SUbdivision Plan No. 4 of Sherwwod Park as
recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder's Office in Plan Book 59, Page 150.

execution Jf tHe principal contract, and before any authority has been given by
the said owners, Alan M. Mauer and Terry A. Mauer, his wife
to the said contractor, FM & T sgrignoli, partnership
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with FM & T Sgrignoli
and the further consideration of One Dollar, to FM & T sgrignoli paid
by Alan M. Mauer and Terry A. Mauer , it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the contractor, or any SUb-contractor, nor by any
of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials
purchased, or eKtra labor or materials pun:hased for the erection of said
building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
