MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIR~
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Gregory L. Harder and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the
Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 819 Fairview
Road and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 819 Fairview Road together with an additional
ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 332.68, together
with interest sec. le.q. from July 31, 2001, the date of completion of the work.
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 819 Fairview Road in
Carlisle, PA on May 31, 2002. The said services were provided by the Borough of
Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the
Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et.~.
seq., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120,
and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle.

agreement between parties dated September 11, 1958, duly recorded in the hereinafter mentioned
Recorder's Office in Miscellaneous Record Book 136, Page 373, which provisions are
incorporated herein by reference; the intent being that the land herein conveyed may be used for
any of the purposes which are permissible under the regulations applying to R-2 Residential
District of the Borough of Carlisle under the 1958 Zoning Ordinance of said Borough, and that no
subsequent ordinance or repeal of said Ordinance shall affect same.
BEING the same tract of land which Phillip F. Kentfield and Loui~d~I. Kentfield, his wife,
by Deed dated December 20, 1973, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania in .D?e..d Book "M", Volume 25, Page 394 granted
and conveyed to James M. Grissinger and Gayle rn. ~rissinger, his wife, the Grantors herein.
