5. Plaintiff has made repeated demands for payment, but
defendant has steadfastly refused to pay the balance due to the
Plaintiff.
6. The application and contract for the charge account
provided for the addition of reasonable attorney fees if the
account is referred for collection to outside counsel and it is
alleged that attorney fees based on 18% of the principal balance
due is reasonable.
7. The following amounts are currently due and payable:
