ALL THAT certain tract of land situate in the Borough of Camp 1If11, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at the northwest intersection of Yale Avenue and a 20 feet wide alley,
which said point is also located 220 feet westwardly from the northwest corner of
Yale Avenue and 26th Street; thence westwardly along the north side of Yale Avenue,
60 feet to a point on the eastern 1 ine of Lot No, 4 on the hereinafter mentioned
Plan of Lots; thence northwardly along said Lot No, 4, 145 feet to a point; thence
eastwardly 60 fect to a IJoint on the west side of thc aforesaid 20 feet wide alley;
thence southwardly 145 feet to thc place of IlEGINNING,
BEING Lot No, 5 on the Plan of Lots known as Chartiers Place, said plan being
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsyvlania
in Plan Book 2, page 69,
