MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR (CURB) (SIDEWALK) REPAIRS
The Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, hereby files its claim
against Bradford T. Heisey and Mely I. Heisey and all that certain lot or piece of
ground situated in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being
known as 63 S. Bedford Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property
description attached,)
For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 63 S. Bedford Street together with an
additional ten percent (10%) and $90,00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $ 133,23,
together with interest sec. ~ from June 30, 2001, the date of completion of the
work,
Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United
States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 63 S, Bedford Street in
Carlisle, PA 17013 on May 29,2002. The said services were provided by the Borough
of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the
Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No, 581, Section 1801 et.

WHnesseth, that in consideration of FORTY-ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED
AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($41,200.00), in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, the said Grantor does hereby grant and
convey to the said Grantees, their heirs and assigns,
ALL THAT CERTAIN improved lot of land situate in the Second Ward
of the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
ON the North by property now or formerly of Vinal Bowers; on the
East by property now or formerly of Harry Lamison; on the South by
East Pomfret Street; and on the West by South Bedford Street.
CONTAINING 18 feet, more or less, in front on South Bedford Street
and extending back at an even width 56 feet, more or less, to the
property now or formerly of the said Lamison.
HAVING erected thereon a two-story frame dwelling house known and
numbered as 63 South Bedford Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which James S. Oliver and Trudy T. Oliver,
husband and wife, by Deed dated January 7, 1991, and recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Y, Volume 34, Page 101, granted and
conveyed unto Carlisle Opportunity Homes, Inc., Grantor herein.
