STIPULATION WAIVING LIENS

WHEREAS, ,'":.vst"I'lfo Il,c, has entered InlO a contract with Carlisle SynTec Systems,
Division of Carlisle Curporatlon, to provide materials and perform labor necessary for Improvement to the real
property situated In the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on the north side of U.S, Route
1\ South more particularly descrlhed In deeds recorded In the Oft1ce fur the Recording uf Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania un March 20, 1957 In Deed Buok R, Vulume 17 at P1ge 483 and June 19,
1981 In Deed Book L, Vulume 29 at Page 539. .
NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the
said contract and lilr the consideration therein set lilrth, that neither the undersigned Contractor, any subcontractor
or material man, nur any other per.llll furnishing labor or materials to the said Cuntractor under this contract shall
file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, tilr work done or materials furnished to the said building or any
part thereof.
This stipulation Is made and Intended 10 he tiled with tile Cumberland County. Pennsylvania Prothonotary
within ten (10) days alier dute, in accordance with requirements of Act of Assemhly of Pennsylvania, In such case
provided.
