WHEREAS, Groco Limited of Camp Hili, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Is about to
enter Inlo a contract with R, 5, Mowery & Sons, Inc, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the
construction of tha New Sales and Service Facility upon a lot of land situate at 6779 Carlisle
Pike, Mechanlcsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
NOW, July 16, 1994 , at the time of and Immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Groco Limited to the
said R, 5, Mowery & Sons, lnc, to commence work on the ~Bid building, or purchese
materials for the seme In consideration of lhe making of lhe said contract with R, 5, Mowery
& Sons, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar to R, 5, Mowery & Sons, Inc, paid
by Groco L1mlled Ills agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building or property by the
contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of lhe material men or workmen or any other
parson for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materlal~ r Jrchased for the
construction of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived,
