WHEREAS, Financial Trust Corporation of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania Is
about to enter Into a contract with R, 5, Mowery & Sons, Inc, of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for
the construction of the New Vault Addition upon a lot of land situate at 310 Allen Roed,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
NOW, July 16, 1994 , at the time of and Immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by lhe said Financial Trust
Corporation to the said R, 5, Mowery & Sons, Inc, to commence work on the said building,
or purchase materials for the same In consideration of the making of the said contract with
R, 5, Mowery & Sons, Inc, and the further consideration of One Dollar to R, 5, Mowery &
Sons, Inc, paid by Financial Trust Corporation, It Is agreed that no lien shall be flied against
the building or property by the contractor, or any subcontractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the construction of said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived,
