Gregory Thorson and Cherlene J. Thorson and all that certain lot or piece of ground situated in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as 507 N. Bedford Street and having thereon erected a house. (See property description attached.) For Curb and sidewalk repairs for 507 N. Bedford Street together with an additional ten percent (10%) and $90.00 solicitor filing fee for a total of $133.23, together with interest sec. le.q. from June 30, 2001, the date of completion of the work. Prior notice in accordance with law was served upon the owner by first class United States certified mail, postage prepaid, at the owner's address at 507 N Bedford Street in Carlisle, PA 17013 on May 30, 2002. The said services were provided by the Borough of Carlisle and the charge levied therefor in strict accordance with Article XVIII of the Borough Code, Act of February 1, 1966, P.L. 1655 (1965), No. 581, Section 1801 et. seq., 53 P.S. Section 46801 et seq., Ordinance 145-C, Article II of Chapter 120, and/or Article V of Chapter 223 of the Code of the Borough of Carlisle. Edward L. Diller and Lawrence L. Diller, her husband; thence South 60 degrees 17 minutes East along said land 150.5 t~et to the line of a 16 foot alley; thence along the line &said alley, South 29 degrees 43 minutes West 10 feet to an iron pin; thence along property now or formerly of Nellie M. Diller and Lawrence L. Diller, her husband, of which the premises herein conveyed were a part, North 63 degrees 21 minutes West 150.71 feet to an iron pin, the Place of BEGINNING. Wagner, his wife, by their deed dated June 25, 1964 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland County in Deed Book "G", Volume 21, Page 304. Floyd R. Wagner died on Hay 12 th, 1981, whereupon Title became vested in fee simple in Martba p. Wagner. Martha p. Wagner died July 16, 1994.
