Cumberland County, Pennsylvania/ bounded and described as follows/ to witt
BEXlINNING at a point on the Northern dedicated Right-of-Way line of West Meadow
Drive/ said point being on the dividing line of Lot No. 165 and other lands of
John M. Knaub and Janet D. Knaub, his wife; nfENCE continuing along said
dividing line, Uorth 47 degrees 27 minutes 21 seoonds ~Iest, one hundred fifty
and zero one-hundredths (150.00) feet to a point; nlENCB continuing North 42
degrees 32 minutes 39 seconds East, one hundred sixty-five and zero
one-hundredths (165.00) feet to a point on the Western dedicated Right-of-Way
line of South Meadow Dr i ve; THENCE along same, South 47 degrees 27 minutes 21
seconds East, one hundred thirty-eigilt and zero one-hundredths (138.00) feet to
a point; THENCE continuing on a curve to the right having a radius of twelve and

Cumberland on April 29, 1994 in Deed Book 104, Page 740, granted and conveyed
