BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Irongate

Plan Book 65/ Page 2, Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office;
THENCE by said right-of-way line of Irongate Court South 23 degrees

by a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 feet an arc length
