R, Thomas Kline, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law,
says he made diligent search and inquiry for one of the within named
defendants to wit: AMP Inc., but was unable to locate them in his
bailiwick, He therefore deputized the Sheriff of Dauphin County To Berve
teh within Summons in civil Action Law according to law.
Dauphin County Return: And now: July 27, 1994 at 8:48 AM served
the within Summons upon AMP rnc" by personally handing to James M, Gibson
Esquire Counsel for AMP Inc. a true and attested copy of the original
Summons and making known to him the contents thereof at 470 Friendship
Road, Harisburg, Dauphin County, Penna.

says he served the within Summons in civil Action Law, in the above
