LOGAN'S RUN ASSOCIATES, a Pennsylvania general partnership of
Logan's Run corporation, a Pennsylvania business corporation,
and S , A Custom Built Homes, Inc., a Pennsylvania business
corporation, GRANTOR, party of the first part,
AND
LEONARD M. SEACHRIST and EDNA L. SEACHRIST, his wife,
GRANTEES, parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND ($30,000.00) DOLLARS,
lawful money of the United States of America, well and truly paid
bi the said parties of the eecond part to the said party of the
f rst part, at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whersof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,

North 46 degrees 02 minutes 54 seconds West, a distance of
80.00 feet to a point, thence by other lands of Logans Run
Phase III, North 43 degrees 57 minutes 06 seconds East, a
distance of 100.00 feet to a point, thence by land now or
formerly of Ovidio Acri, South 46 degrees 02 minutes 54
seconds East, a distance of 80.00 feet to a point, thence by
line of Lot 839 South 43 degrees 57 minutes 06 seconds West,
a distance of 100.00 feet to a point on the northern right of
way line of Logans Run, the place of BEGINNING.

BEING subject to certain storm sewer easements as shown on
the hereinafter plan of recording.
