The Plaintiff is an adult individual residing at 111 South 3rd Street, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania 17043. 2. Defendant Edward S. Restrepo is an adult individual residing at 115 Highland Circle, Etters, Pennsylvania 17319. 3. Defendant Dejesus Restrepo is an adult individual residing at 115 Highland Circle, Etters, Pennsylvania 17319. 4. The facts and occurrences hereinafter related took place on about July 8, 2001 at approximately 1:57 a.m. on South 3rd Street in Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 5. At the time and place aforesaid, Plaintiff Mary Rohrbach was the owner of a 1990 Pontiac sedan which was then and there lawfully parked on South 3rd Street in the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 6. At the time and place aforesaid, Restrepo was the operator of a 1998 Hyundai, Defendant Edward owned by Defendant Dejesus Restrepo, and caused or allowed his vehicle to strike the Plaintiff's parked vehicle resulting in the damages hereinafter set forth. 8e were due to the negligence of 7. The aforesaid accident and damages resulting therefrom were caused by the negligence of Defendant Edward Restrepo in that he: a) failed to keep a proper look out for other vehicles; b) allowed his vehicle to strike a lawfully parked motor vehicle; and c) operated a vehicle without insurance, a violation of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The aforesaid accident and damages resulting therefrom Defendant Dejesus Restrepo in that he: permitted his vehicle to be operated by a person he knew, or should have known, was not capable of operating a motor vehicle; b) permitted or allowed someone to operate a vehicle which he knew was not insured in violation of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 9. solely as a result of the Defendants' negligence, Plaintiff sustained damages to her vehicle in the amount of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE and 87/100 ($1,673.87) DOLLARS, including rental charges incurred while her vehicle was being repaired. 2 WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants in an amount not in excess of mandatory arbitration limits.
