3, Defendant executed an Order and delivered same to Plaintiff, a true and
correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,
4, On the dates, in the amounts, and for the prices set forth in a true and
correct copy of the Plaintiff's Statement of Account attached hereto, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "B", Plaintiff performed labor and provided advertising services of the
kind and description set forth on said Exhibit to the total amount of TWO THOUSAND
SIXTY DOLLARS ($2,060,00),
5. The prices charged for said labor performed and advertising services
provided were just and reasonable, were the legal and market prices therefor and were
the prices which the Defendant orally promised and agreed to pay Plaintiff therefor.
6, Due to Defendant's default In payment of said amount due and owing as
aforesaid, Interest has been added to said account in the total amount of TWO .
HUNDRED SEVENlY.EIGHT DOLLARS AND TEN CENTS ($278,10), as shown on
Exhibit "B",
7, Due to Defendant's default in payment of said obligation, Defendant is
additional liable for reasonable attorney's fees in the total amount of FIVE HUNDRED
EIGHlY-FOUR DOLLARS AND FIFTY-THREE CENTS ($584,53), as shown on Exhibit
