AND NOW, come Plaintiffs, Francis and Pegge Lapore, by and
through their attorneys, METTE, EVANS & WOODSIDE, and bring
this action before this Court, and in support thereof aver as
follows:
1. Plaintiffs, Francis and pegge Lapore, are husband and
wife and reside at 7 Laurel Drive, Enola, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17025.
2. Defendant, Weber's Hardware, is located at 100 West
Main Street. Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17055.
3. Plaintiffs are the owners of a 1989 Ford Probe.
4. On or about October 2, 1993, Plaintiffs purchased a
can of paint from Defendant and transported it to their home.
5. The fOllowing week, on October 9, 1993, Plaintiffs
opened the can of paint in preparation for use on their house
