This action arises out of a Petition to Modify Child Custody and Visitation pending in the Circuit Court for the County of Arlington, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 2. Plaintiff, Laurie Rowley, is the Respondent with regard to the instant Petition and resides at 142 Forest Drive, Camp Hill, PA 17011. 3. Defendant, Thomas Sipes, is the Petitioner and resides in the Commonwealth of Virginia. 4. Petitioner instituted this action via a PETITION FOR CHANGE IN CUSTODY, VISITATION AND CHILD SUPPORT, filed on or about June 20, 2002. 5. This case will be tried before the Honorable William Newman, of the Arlington County Circuit Court of Virginia, a Court of Record, on August 14, 2002 at 10:00 a.m.. 6. GAIL SZOBOSZLAY and MICHAEL SIPES, a minor, are material witnesses to the matters raised in the instant Petition. 7. Petitioner Thomas Sipes requests the presence of GAIL SZOBOSZLAY, who resides 142 Forest Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and MICHAEL SIPES, a minor, who resides at 138 Forest Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to testify at trial. 8. Petitioner requested the Arlington County Circuit Court of Virginia to issue subpoenas compelling the above mentioned witnesses to appear and to testify at trial. Both foreign subpoenas are attached hereto as Exhibit "A." 9. Counsel for Defendant Thomas Peter Mann, Esquire, requested the undersigned counsel prepare and present this Petition requesting Pennsylvania subpoenas be issued for GAlL SZOBOSZLAY and MICHAEL SI?ES compelling both to attend and to testify on August 14, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in Arlington, Virginia.
