R.C.P. 2971 (8) (CONFBSSION or JUDGMlHT) i , , , AND NOW comes the plaintiff, Windsor Park Shopping Centers Partnership, by and through its attorneys, Stone LaFaver & Stone, and files this complaint pursuant to Pa. R.C.P. 2951(b) and Pa, R,C,P. 2971(a) for judgment by confession and avers as follows: 1, The plaintiff, Windsor Park Shopping Centers Partnership, is a Maryland General Partnership, with a principal place of business at 9183 Re~Btertown Road, OWings Mills, Maryland 21117-4528. 2.
