1, The plaintiff is U.S. Wats, Inc. with place of business located at 111
Presidential Boulevard, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania,
2. The defendant Relational Data Services, lnc, is a business corporation with
place of business located at 20 Erford Road, Suite 210, Wormleysburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania.
3. Defendant utilized plaintiffs telecommunication lines for long distance calls
from on or about October 7, 1993 to on or about March 24, 1994,
4, Plaintiff charged defendant the total sum of $9,937,06 for the long distance calls
which defendant made,
5. Although demand has been made by plaintiff upon defendant to pay the sum of
$9,937,06, the defendant has failed and refused to pay all or any part thereof,
6. Plaintiff is entitled to interest at 6% per annum from the statement due dates,
WHEREl<'ORE, plaintiff demands judgment against defendant in the sum of
$9,937.06 together with interest from statement due dates at 6% and the costs of this
action.
