Summons in Civil Action Law
Michael Barrick, Deputy Sheriff who being duly sworn according to
law, says on July 27, 1994 at 1:21 o'clock P.M.E.D.S.T., he served a
true copy of Summons in Civil Action Law, in the above entitled action
upon one of the within named defendants to wit: Waste Management of
Central Pennsylvania, by making known unto Eric Centz Controller at
Waste Management of Central Pennsylvania, its contents and at the same
time handing to him per.sonally the said true and attested copy of the
same.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff who being duly sworn according to law,
says he made diligent search and inquiry for the within named defendant
to wit: Santos M. ROdriquez, but waB unable to locate him in his
bailiwiick. He therefore deputized the Sheriff of Perry County to serve
the within Summons in Civil Action Law according to law,
PERRY COUNTY RETURN: Now, August 10, 1994 at 8:40 o'clock A.M.
served the within Summons upon Santos M. Rodriquez at 3 Little Boston
Road, Dunncannon. Penn Twp., Perry county, PA by handing to Santos M.
Rodrique7. a true and attested copy of the original Summons and made known
to him the contents thereof.
