6. Neither party has instituted any prior action of divorce or annulment with
reprd to this marriage in this or any other Jurisdiction,
7, There Is one child of this marriage; Colin OIenn Folt~, date of birth. July 25,
1983.
8, Neither the Plaintiff nor the Defendant arc members of the Armed Forces of
the United States of America or any of its alUes,
9. The marriage Is irretrievably broken,
10, The Plaintiff avers that he has been advised of the availability of counseling
and that he may have the right to request thBtthe Court require the parties to
participate In counseling.
II. On May 6,1993 the parties entered Into a written Bgreement with regard to
the division of property, Said agreement may be Incorporated by the Court into the final
Decree in Divorce.
12. The parties may enter into a written agreement with regard to the custody
and child support for their child, In the event that such an agreement Is executed by the
parties, the agreement Dlay be incorporated by the Court Into the final Decree of
Divorce.
WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff requests that, If both parties file Affidavits consenting
to a divorce after ninety (90) days have elapsed, this Court enter a Decree In Divorce
pursuant to Section 3301(c) of the Divorce Code, thereby dissolving the marriAge
between Plaintiff and the Defendant,
