ORIGINAU Y MADE THE 13TH DAY OF JUNE, A.D. 1992 AT MECHANICSBURG, CUMBERLAND
COUNTY, PENNA.

FOR VALUE RECEIVED, Stanley E. Sechrist and Tanya A. Bechrls1, his wile, or 520 Allenvlew
Drive, Mechanlosburg, PA 17055 promise to pay to Donald E. Sechrist and Lois J. Sechrist, his
wile. 01 804 Derla Road, Mechanlcsburg, PA 17055 the sum 01 Thirty-Five Thousand
($35,000.00) Dollars, plus Five (5%) per cent per annum Interest, In Ihe lollowlng manner,
to wit:
1.) minimum principal payment 01 Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars per year on
or belore July 1 sl of each year.
2.) In Ie rest 10 be paid on the then remaining balance on or belore December 31st 01
each year.
THERE SHALL BE NO PENAL TV FOR PREPAYMENT
In Ihe event 01 the death 01 either ollhe payees belore repaymenlln lull, the survivor
shall be enlllled 10 demand Immediate repayment 01 any then remaining balance 01 principal and
Interest. In the event both payees shall die belore repayment In lull, any then remaining said
balance shall be considered an advancement against the Inheritance 01 the said Stanley E.
Sechrist, provided he Is a named benellclary In the laslto die payees' will, otherwise the sum
shall be collected by the said payees' executor. In that respect this shall be considered a
testamentary Instrument.
In Ihe event both payees are sllllllvlng or the surviving payee has not demanded
payment of said balance and either payor shall die prior to repayment 01 said balance, the
surviving payor shall have the option 01 conllnulng payments upon the above.stated schedule or
repaying the loan In lull. In the event both payors die belore repayment 01 said balance, the said
balance shall be paid In full from the payor's estate.
And lurther said payors do hereby empower any attorney 01 the Court 01 Common Pleas of
Cumberland County, or any other court 01 Record 01 Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear lor
them. and, with or without declarallon lIIed, thereupon to confess a Judgment against them lor
the above sum, all of last, next. or any subsequent term, with cost 01 suit, release 01 errors, etc.
