4. The relationship of plaintiff to the child is that of
mother.
The plaintiff currently is residing at 207 B. Rich1and Lane,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.
6. The relationship of defendant to the child is that of
father.
The defendant currently lives alone.
6. The plaintiff has not participated as a party or
witness, or in another capacity, in other litigation concerning
the custody of the child in this or another court.

stayed at the child's maternal grandmother's house. Shortly
thereafter, the father offered to take the new born child
temporarily to the residence of the child's paternal step-
grandmother and grandfather. since the mother's older child,
CHELSEY FOULTZ, had the chicken pox. The father never returned
the child.
7. The father has not acted in the child's best interest in
ways including the following:
a. Since Februat.y 22. 1994. approximately four days after
ANGELA MARIE GARBER was born. the father has refused to
return the child to the mother and has denied tho mother any
contact with the child, in spite of several attempts to have
the child returned to her.
b. On or about April 23, after several requests by the
mother to see her child. the father finally agreed. but when
the mother attempted to visit the child at the father's
residence, the father filed stalking and harassment charges
against the mother.
c. On or about May 1994. the mother attempted to see the
child at the step-grandmother's house. The father. who was
also visiting the child, pushed the mother, threatened to
hurt her if she attempted to see the child again, and said,
"Get out of our lives."
d. The father has placed the child with the child's step-
grandmother and sees the child only on the weekends.
e. The mother fears that the father's behavior of refuSing
to let the child bond with the mother will have an adverse
