County, Pennsylvania. with Its prlnclpBI office located at 100 Gettysburg Pike,
Mechanlcsburg, Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, has made,
constituted and appointed, and by these presents does mBke, constitute and appoint
Robert J. Sabatini, Jr., Township SecretarylManBger, and David H. Witmer, alkla D.
H. Witmer, Township Assistant Manager and Code Enforcement Officer. or either of
them, both with a business address located at 100 Gettysburg Pike, Mechanlcsburg,
Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the true and lawful
attorney(s) for Upper Allen Township and in the name, place and stead of Upper Allen
Township:
TO SIGN AND FILE OF RECORD WITH THE PROTHONOTARY AND
RECORDER OF DEEDS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY SATISFACTION(S)
IN JUDGMENT(S) AND MUNICIPAL CLAIM(S) ENTERED IN FAVOR OF
UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP AND CERTIFICATIONS OF THE TOWNSHIP'S

THIS Power of Attorney shall become effective Immediately and shall
automatically expire as to each Individual upon such individual's termination of the
office above stated or of employment by Upper Allen Township.

Limited Power of Attorney.
