promise to pay to the order of PENNSY SUPPLY, INC. of Harrisburg, Penn-
sylvania, or its assigns the sum of NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FORTY NINE

If any of the said principal and interest payments are not so
paid, the whole principal shall become immediately due and payable at
the option of the holder of this portion thereof, the undersigned prom-
ises to pay alll costs of such collection including a reasonable attor-
ney's fee. Any principal payment not paid when due shall bear interest
at a rate of twenty percent per annum during the period of any delin-
quency.
This note may be declared due and payable in the event of the
death or insolvency or, general assignment by, judgement against or
petition in bankruptcy by or against any such party liable hereunder.
Further, if the financial condition of the maker(s) is at any time
deemed inadequate in the opinion of the holder, then the holder may at
its option declare the entire balance due and payable.
AND FURTHER, AT ANY TIME, WHETHER OR NOT ANY DEFAULT HAS OCCURED,
the undersigned does hereby authorize and empower the Prothonotary or
any Attorney of any Court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to
appear for and enter judgement against us for the above sum with costs
of suit, release of errors and without stay of execution; and the under-
signed hereby agrees not to make any motion or any application whatsoev-
er to any Court for an inquisition on any real estate that may be lev-
ied upon to collect the aforesaid sum and voluntarily condemns same,
and authorizes the Prothonotary to enter said voluntarily condemnation
upon the Writ of Execution. The undersigned further agrees that any
property, real, personal or mixed may be sold through a Writ of Execu-
tion and further hereby waives and releases all relief from any and all
appraisements, stay or exemption laws of any State now in force or
which are passed hereafter.

By execution hereof, the undersigned, either as principals or
surety, waive demand, the rights of presentment, protest and notice of
dishonor. Presentment means the right to require the Note Holder to
demand payment of amounts due. Notice of dishonor means the right to
require the Note Holder to give notice to other persons that amounts
due have not been paid.
The undersigned verifies that the statements made in this
Judgement Note are true and correct. The undersigned understands
that false statements herein are made subject to the penalties of
18 Pa, C.S.A. S 4904, relating to unsworn falsification to
authorities.
