COMPLAINT
AND NOW comes Dnle Fetrow, by and through his allorneys, Frey and Tiley, Allorneys
at Law, and respectfully slates as follows:
1. Plaintiff is Dale Fetrow, of 9 Earl Street. Boiling Springs, South Middleton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Priscilla K. Nearons, of R. D. # 5, lot 145 SME. Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff is the owner of 408 South Fayelle Street, Shippensburg, located in
Shippensburg Thwnship, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, by virtue of a deed from Ray C.
Porter and Janet I. Porter, his wife, recorded in the office of the Recorderof Deeds in and for
Cumberlnnd County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "V", Volume 32, Page 31.
4. On or about September 22, 1992, Plaintiff and Defendant entered into a wrillen lease
for a portion of the premises being a gamge thereon erected owned by Plaintiff as stated in
pamgraph 3 above. A copy of this lease is allached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and is
incorpomted herein by reference.
5. The lease provided in relevant part that the term of the lease was to run from
November I, 1992 to October31, 1993. In considemtion for the term of the lease, Defendnnt
agreed to pay to Plaintiff $7,200.00 in monthly instnllments of $600.00 beginning on November
1, 1992 and continuing on the first date of each succeeding month during the term of the lease.
6. Defendant has breached the terms of the lease as stated above by failing to pay rent
due on August I, September 1. and October 1,1993.
70 Defendant has vacated the premises.
8. Plaintiff has performed nil responsibilities under the terms of the lease.
9. Defendant now owes rent to Plnintiff for the r:mnlnder of the lense tenn from August
I, through October I, 1993 In the nmount of $1,800.00.
WHEREFORE, Plnintiffrespectfully requests Your Honornble Court to enter judgment
in fnvor of Plnintiff nnd ngainst Defendant In the nmount of $1,800.00 plus costs nnd interest from
the dnte owed.

I. Pluintiff is Dale Fctrow, of 9 Earl Strcct, Boiling Springs, South Middlcton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Priscilla K. Nearons, of R. D. # 5, lot 145 SME, Shippensburg,
Cumbcrland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff is the owner of 408 South Fayelle Street, Shippensburg, located in
Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. by virtue of a deed from Ray C.
Porter and Janet I. Porter, his wife, recordcd in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County at Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book "V", Volume 32, Page 31.
4. On or about September 22. 1992, Plaintiff and Defendant entered into a wrillen lease
for a portion of the premises being a garage thereon erected owned by Plaintiff as stated in
paragraph 3 nbove. A copy of this lease is nttached hereto nnd marked Exhibit "A" and is
incorporated herein by reference.
50 The lense provided in relevant part that the tenn of the lease was to run from
November I, 1992 to October 31, 1993. In consideration for the tenn of the lense, Defendant
agreed to pay to Plaintiff $7,200.00 in monthly installmcnts of $600.00 beginning on Novcmber
I, 1992 and continuing on the first date of each succecding month during the tenn of the lease.
6. Defendant has breached the tenns of the lease as stated above by failing to pay rent
due on August I, September I, and October 1.1993.
7. Defendant has vacated the premises.
8. Plaintiff has perfornlcd all responsibilities under the tenns of the lease.
9. Defendant now owes rent to Plaintiff for the remainder of the lease tenn from August
I, through October I, 1993 in the amount of $1,800.000
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests Your Honorable Court to enter judgment
in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the amount of $1,800000 plus costs and interest from
lhe date owed.
