WAIVER OF RIGHT TO FILE MECHANICS' LIENS
WHEREAS, AD IN L.S. OTTO, JR. and DONNA M. OTTO, husband and
wife, entered into a contract with SIGMAN'S MOBILE HOME SALES, of
50 Bonnybrook Road, Carlisle, PA 17013, to provide materials and
perform labor necessary for the construction of a dwelling house
upon a tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and
between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for
the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
contractor, any subcontractor or material man, nor any other
person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under
his contract, shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanics'
lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building,
improvements or any part thereof.
THIS STIPULATION is made and intended to be filed with the
Cumberland County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date,
in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of
Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto, intending to be
legally bound hereby, have hereunto set their hands and seals

as follows:
BEGINNING at a stone; thence by lands now or formerly of Jacob
Lehman, North 32" West, 12.5 perches to a stone; thence by land
now or formerly of William Mayberry, North 75" East, 10 perches
to a pine tree; thence North 30" East, 7 perches to a pine tree;
thence North 20 1/2" East, 28 perches to a stone; thence South
69" East, 10 perches to a stone; thence North 56 1/2" East,
30 perches to a stone; thence South 35" East, 10 perches to a
stone; thence South 52" West, 14.6 perches to a chestnut tree;
thence South 9 1/2" West, 12.5 perches to a stone; thence South
47" East. 17.5 perches to a pine tree; thence South 17 1/2" East,
20.5 perches to a stone; thence South 47" West, 22 perches to a
stone; thence North 39" West, 17 perches to a stone; thence South
55" West, 18 perches to a stone heap; thence by lands now or
formerly of Moses Eby, North 25 1/2" West 26.5 perches to a
stone; thence South 60 1/2" West, 12.8 perches to the Place of
Beginning. containing 16 acres 100 perches, more or less.
BEING:the same premises which Adin Louis Sailor otto, also known
as Adin L.S. otto, Jr. and Donna M. otto, his wife, by their deed
dated'January 30, 1973 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds in and for cumberland county in Deed Book "Z", Vol. 24,
Page 64 granted and conveyed to Adin L.S. otto, Jr. and Donna M.
otto';: his wife.
