1. Plaintiff iB Ronald W. Martin, Jr., a sui juris adult who
resides at 235 Locust Point Road, Apt, ff5, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland Coullty, Hampton Township, Pennsylvania 17055, since June
1994.
2. Defendant is Karen M. Martin, a sui juris adult who
resides at 100 Elicker Road, Apt. G, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Monroe TownGhip, Pennsylvania 17013, since 1992.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in ths
Commonwealth for at least six months J.mmediately previous to the
filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on November 20,
1993, at Greencastle, Franklin County, Pennsylvania 17225.
5. There have been no prior actions for divorce or for
annulment between the parties.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.

Divorce.
Plaintiff requests the court to enter a Decree in
8. The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability af
counseling and the Plaintiff has the right to request that the
court require the parties hereto to participate in counseling.
I verify that the statements made in this Complaint: are true
and correct. I understand that false statements herein are made
subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C. S. 4904, relating to unsworn
falsification to authorities.
