resides at 5 Linden Court, Camp Hill, PennsYlvania. She I.
married.
The tather of the child is JOHN W. BRUETSCH, who currently
resides at 4Bll Elk Court, ~partment 115, ~echaniosburg,
PennsYlvania. He is married.
4. The relationship of the Plaintiff to tho child is that ot
mother. The Plaintiff currently resides with the child.
5. The relationship of tho Defendant to tho child is that ot
father. He currently resides with his girlfriend, JUlie.
6. The Plain~if.f has not participated as a party or witness,
or in another capacity, in other litigation concerning the custody
of the child in this or in another court.
The Plaintiff has no information or a custody proceeding
concerning the child pending in a court of this Commonwealth.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to these
proceedings who has physical custody of the child or who claims to
have custody or. visitation rights with respect to the child.
7. The beet interest and permanent welfare of the child will
be served by confirming in Plaintiff custody of the child because
Plaintiff can better care for the child and provide a suitable
environment for the child.
B. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not
been terminated and the person who has physical custody of the
