7. As Mr. Paohter began a turn to the west onto Hartzdale
Drive, Detendant Jeremy Dulin, driving Il 1985 Ford LTD, wn
travelling ~astbound on Gettysburg Road approaohing the red light.
8. Detendant Jeremy Dulin permitted or allowed hi. vehiole
to go through the red light into the intersection striking the
driver's side door of Mr. Pachter's vehiole at approximately 35
m.p.h.
9. At that time and place, Detendant Dulin admitted that he
tailed to pay attention to the red signal tacing hill at the
intersection of Getty.burg Road and Hartzdale Drive.

ARTHUR PACTHER v. JEREMY K. DULIN
10. Detendant Jeremy DUlin is liable to Plaintiff. tor hi.
neg1igenoe, grossly negligent and careless action. in:
(a) entering an intersection against a red traffic
signal,
(b) failing to observe and see the traffic signal in
time to stop his vehicle from entering an
intersection and colliding with the vehiole being
driven by Mr. Pachter,
(c) tailing to keep a proper lookout on the road tor

11. A. a result of thil oollision, Plaintiff Arthur Paohter
IUffered damage to hil vehicle and severe personal injurie. and
aggravation of pre-oxisting injuries inoluding pain in the lower
baok radiating into the buttocks and left .J.de, left shoulder
trioep injury, and injuries to his neok and baok.
12. Plaintiff Arthur Pachter has been forced to walk with a
limp and oooasionally loses hie balanoe and lometime. must u.e a
oane for stability.
13. Plaintiff Arthur Pachter is unable to Bleep through the
night.
14. All of the.e af.oresaid injuries and aggravations of
injuries are a direot result of the negligenoe of the Defendant
Jeremy K. Dulin.

Arthur Paohter has inourred, and will in the future inour, medical
and rehabilitative expenses, and olaim i. made therefor.
16. A. a direct result of the afore.aid injurie., Plaintiff
Arhtur Pachter has undergone, and will in the future undergo, great
mental and physical pain and SUffering, great inconvenience in
carrying out his daily aotivities, and a los. of life's pleasures
and enjoyment, and claim is made therefor.
17. As a direct result of the aforesaid injuries, plaintiff
Arthur Pacther has been, and in the future will be, subject to
great humiliation and embarrassment, and claim is made therefor.
lB. As a direct result of the aforesaid injuries, plaintiff
Arthur Pachter has sustained a loss of earnings by reason of not
being able to fulfill his employment, and claim i. made therefor.
19. As a direct result of the aforesaid injuries, plaintiff
Arthur Pacther has sustained an impairment of earning power and
earning capacity, and claim is made therefor.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Arthur Pacther demands judgment against
Defendant Jeremy K. DUlin in an amount in excess of Ten Thousand
($10,000) DOllars, exolusive of interest and costs, and in excess
of any jurisdictional amount requiring compulsory arbitration.

20. Paragraphs 1 through 14 of this complaint are
inoorporated herein by reference.
21. As a direct and proximate result of his negligenoe as sot
forth above, Defendant Jeremy K. Dulin is liable to Plaintiff Lee
Paohter for the injuries alleged herein.
22. As a direct result of Plaintiff Arthur Pachter's injuries
as set forth above, Plaintiff Lee Pacther has been deprived uf the
assistance, companionship, oonsortium and society of her husband,
all of which has been and in the future will be to her great damage
and loss, and olaim is made therefor.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff Lee Pachter demands judgment against
Defendant Lee Pachter in an amount in exoess of Ten Thousand
($10,000) DOllars, exolusive of interest and costs, and in excess
ot any jurisdiotional amount requiring compulsory arbitration.

1. I'laintitts tiled the instant action on or about August 5,
1994.
2. On or about September 30, 1994, moving Detendant served
I'laintitts with Interrogatories which sought, intormation pursuant

1. on or about August 16/ 1992 at approximatelY 5100 p.m.,
Jeremy Dulin/ the DefeniJant/ was operating an 19B!! Ford LTO
automobile owned by John E. Dulin at the intersection of Gettysburg
Road and Hartzdale Drive, cumberland county/ Pennsylvania.
2. At that place and time, Jeremy Dulin was travelling east
on Gettysburg Road approaching the intersection with Hllrtzdale
ori ve .
3. At that time and place, Jeremy Dulin allowed his vehicle
to skid through the intersection controlled by Il red traffio
signal.
4. At that time Ilnd place / the vehicle operated by Mr. Dulin
struck the vehicle operated by Arthur Pachter.
5. Mr. Jeremy Dulin allowed his vehicle to enter the
intersection against the red light.
6. Mr. DUlin stated to the police officer at the time of the
acoident that he was not paying attention when he realized he was
approaching the red light, he tried to stop but skidded through the
intersection and struck Mr. Pachter's vehicle.
7. At that time and place, the roads were dry and the
weather was clear.
