Trout Drywall Servioes, Ino., a Pennsylvania
corporation, files this Mechanics' Lien claim against Donald
R. Clites and Lacy Ann Clites, Owners or Reputed Owners, and
against the building hereinafter descr.ibed, for the payment of
a debt due Trout Drywall Services, Inc. as contractor in the
original construction of the building. The following is a
statement of the claim of Trout Drywall Services, Inc:
1. The name of the Claimant is Trout Drywall
Services, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation with its principal
place of business at R.D. H3, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, and it
files this claim as contractor.
2. The names and addresses of the Owners or Reputed
Owners at the time of furnishing the labor and materials and
the attaching of the lien therefor are:
A. Donald R. Clites, an individual with an address at
B South Hanover st., Suite 202, Carlisle, PA 17013
B. Lacy Ann Clites, an individual with an address at
615 West Old York Road, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. The Claimant contracted with Donald R. Clites and
Lacy Ann Clites to supply labor and materials for the
rurni.hing and inltallation or drywall in the original
conltruotion of building on the property deloribed in
paragraph 7 herein. If it is determined that Donald R. elita.
and Laoy Ann Clites ore not owners of the premiBes subject to
lien, then Trout Drywall Services, Inc. has been advised,
believes and therefore avers that Donald R. Clites and Lacy
Ann clites were acting as agent for the owner(s) in entering
into thls contract. A true and correot copy of the oontract
is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "A".
4. This claim is made for the following labor and
materials:
Furnish and install 122 12 foot boards $3103.68
Furnish and instaU 42 14 foot boards 1246.56
Furnish and install 22 16 foot boards 746.24
Furnish and install 17 5/8 boards 530.40
Furnish and install 10 12 ft. st.retch bds. 286.20
Beads 208.00
Final touch-up and sanding of drywall 310.00
'rotal $6431.08
5. The amount or sum claimed to be due for the labor
and materials is $6431.08, plus interest at the rate of
fifteen (15') percent per annum on the unpaid balance from
the date of completion of the structure.
6. Claimant delivered the materials on November 17,
1993, and completed the installation and construction of the
drywall described hereinabove on July 21, 1994.
