6, The nature and chllracter of the labor furnllhed punuantto the contract WII
to provide trim Inltallllllon IlI1d construction for a new home al specifically defined
herein and al let forth on c1almllnt's invoices numbered O~ 1~7 and 0~4~~, true and
correct copies which Rre auached hereto III Exhibit B and Incorporated herein by
reference, The sum claimed to be due for the labor il $2,862,00, plus internt on the
unpaid balance from tbe date of the completion of the structure,
7, The labor was contlnulIlly furnished In or about the erection and conltructlon
of a single family detached dwelling situated on the piece of ground with cartel age
appurtenant thereto, constituting the premises subject to tbe Hen, situate at 1
Gunpowder Road, Sliver Spring Township, Mechanlcsburg, Pennsylvania, 170~5, being
the same premises which Randy and Sherry Helser acquired by their deed dated July 29,
1994 and recorded in Cumberland County Record Book 109, page 468,
8, This Hen 15 claimed against the fee simple interest of the ownen or reputed
owners in the aforesaid premises,
WHEREFORE, claimant claims to have a lien upon the premises herein described
in the amount of $2,862.00, plus Interest on said sum from May 13, 1994, plus costa,
