AND NOW, comes Farmers Trust company, through its attorney,
William A. Duncan, Esquire, and files this complaint in
Mortgage Foreclosure, of which the following is a statement I
1. plaintiff is Farmers Trust company, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania with its main office and principal place of
business located at 1 West High street, carlisle, Cumberland
county, Pennsylvania 17013.
2. Defendant, Barbara, an adult individual, resides at
R,D. 84 Box 198D, Newville, Upper Frankford Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241.
3. On or about November 16, 1989, Defendant made, executed
and delivered to Plaintiff a note and real estate mortgage
financing Twenty-three Thousand Six Hundred and 00/100 Dollars
($23,000,00), a copy of said note and said real estate mortgage
being attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B", respectively,
and are incorporated herein by reference as though fully Bet
forth,

9, By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire
prinoipal balance of Twenty Thousand seventy-nine Dollars and
76/100 ($20/079,75), with interest thereon at the rate of
twelve and one-half (12,50%) percent per annum computed from
April 1994/ accruing insurance premiums, attorney's fees in the
amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-six Dollars and
04/100 Cents ($2,031.66) are now due and payable.
10. The Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for the
following on said mortgage loanl
A. Principal amount and interest
due through July 1994:
$20,0079.75
B. Interest at 12,50% from 04/16/94
to 08/03/94 I $ 965,18
C. Late chargesl $ 72.70
D. Attorney's Collection fee: $ 1,003,98
TOTAL: $ 22,111.61
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the Court to enter judgment in
favor of Plaintiff and to order the foreclosure and sale of the
mortgaged property and for the amount of Twenty-two Thousand
One Hundred Eleven Dollars and 61/100 cents ($22,111.61)
together with interest thereon, costs and all other amounts
advanced by Plaintiff.
