DeLuca, Esq., and seeks to obtain a Decree in Divorce from the above-named Defendant, upn the grounds hereinafter more fully set forth COUNT I COMPLAINT UNDER SECTION 3301 (c) OF THE DIVORCE CODE 1. Plaintiff is Melissa A. Rehm, who currently resides at 1420 Roundtop Road, Lewisberry, York county, pennsylvania, 17339, since August 10, 1994. 2. Defendant is Michael C. Rehm, who currently resides at 5340 Oxford Circle, Apartment 52, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, since August 13, 1993. 3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth for at 1eaet six months immediately previous to the filing of this complaint. 4.
