The plaintiff moves this Court for en Order oontinuing the
heariny of this case until further Order of Court, on the grounds
that I
1, A Tomporary Protective Order was issued by thi, Court on
the 12th day of August, 1994, scheduling a hearing for the 22nd
day of August, 1994, at 4:00 p,m.
2, The defendant, who is a minor, was served with the
Temporary Protective Order and contacted Legal Service, on Augu,t
17, 1994, to inform them that he was Willing to enter into a
Consent Agreement.
3, Legal Services, Inc, is in the p,'ocess of finding an
attorney for the defendant to counsel him in the matter according
to Pa, R.C,P. 2028.
4, The plaintiff is in agreement with a continuance and
asks that the Temporary Protective Order remain in effect pending
further Order of Court.

the Pennsylvania State and Carlisle Police Departments by

PROTECTIV~ ORDER
AND NOW, this ~ day of September, 1994, upon
con8ideration of the Consent Agreement of the parties, the
following Order is entered I
1. The defendant, Shawn Hammons, is enjoined from
physically abusing the plaintiff, Jennette J, Hammons, or from
placing her in fear of abllse,
2. The defendant is ordered to refrain from harassing the
plaintiff or her family.
3. The defendant is ordered to refrain from damaging or
destroying any property owned by the plaintiff or any property
jointly owned by the parties,
4. This Order shall remain in effect for a period of one
year,
5. The Pennsylvania state and carlisle police Departments
will be provided with a copy of this Order by attorneys for
plaintiff. This Order shall. be enforced by any law enforcement
agency when a violation occurs by arrest for indirect criminal
contempt. The arrest may be without warrant upon probable cause
that this Order has been violated, whether or not the violation
is committed in the presence of the police officer. In the event
that an arrest is made under this section, the arresting officer

This Agreement is entered on th is __ day of September,
1994, by the plaintiff, Jennette J. Hammons, and the defendant,
shawn Hammons. The plaintiff is represented by Joan Carey of
Legal Services, Inc., the defendant is represented by Paige
Rosini and Thomas M. Place of the Family Law Clinic. The parties
agree that the following may be entered as an Order of Court,
1, The defendant, Shawn Hammons, agrees to refrain from
abusing the plaintiff, Jennette J. Hammons, or from placing her
in fear of abuse.
2. The defendant agrees not to harass the plaintiff or her
family,
3. The defendant agrees to refrain from damaging or
destroying any property owned by the plaintiff or any property
jointly owned by the parties.
4. The defendant, although entering into this Agreement,
does not admit the allegations made in the Petition.
5. The defendant understands that the Protective Order
entered in this matter shall be in effect for a period of one
year.
6. The defendant understands that this Order will be
enforceable in the same manner as the Court's prior Temporary
