KLINGER, Individually and d/b/a ENOLA NURSERIES, whereof the following is a statement I 1. Plaintiff / GREENSBORO SIlRUB NURSERV / is a duly registered North Carolina corporation, whose business address is 4514 Burlington Road, Greensboro, NC 27405. 2. Defendant, RALPH G. KLINGER, Individually and d/b/a ENOLA NURSERIES/ is an adult individual, whose business address is 509 North Eno1a Drive, Enola, Cumberland county, Pennsylvania 17025. 3. The Plaintiff, at the oral insistence and request of the Defendant sold and delivered to Pefendant certain goods at the times and in the amounts as more fully set forth in true and oorrec:t copies of Plaintiff's statemont alld invoice which are attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibits "A" and "B" respectively. 4. The amount charged for the goods as enumerated on the Exhlbit. is $1/800.00. 5. The prioes charged for the said goods and services were fair and reasonable / and the market prices wore the same at the time they were sold to and delivered to tho Defondant, and further are what the said Defendant Ilgreod to pay therefor. 6. Plaintiff has added interost at 18 poroent per annum in the amount of $848.74 to tho balance due by the Pefendant. 7. As Ii consequence of tho foregoing, Defendant remains owing a total of $2,648.74 to Plaintiff. 8. Plaintiff has demanded payment of $2/645.74 from Defendant, but Defendant has refused and continues to refuse to pay the same or any part thereof. 9. The amount in controversy herein requires mandatory reference to arbitration. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant for the sum of Two 'l'housand six Hundred F'orty-five Bnd 74/100 ($2,645.74) Dollars, together with interest Bnd costs of suit.
