of the Consent Agreement of the parties, the following Order is
entered:
1. Tho defendant, Teddy L. Caufmnn, is enjoined from
physically abusing the plaintiff, DaeDe~ A. Caufman, or from
placing her in fear of abuse,
2. The defendant, Taddy L. Caufman, is hersby ordered to
stay sway from the premises located at 2 W. Middlesex Drive,
carl isle, Pennsylvania, except to transfer custody of the minor
ch i 1 dren. The defendant is hereby not if i ad that if he res ides in
the plaintiff's domicile contrary to this Order, he may be in
indirer.t criminal contempt which is punishable by a fine not to
exceed $1,000 and/or by a sentence of up to ~ix months in jail
and any other appropriate punishment. Resumption of co-residence
on the part of the plaintiff and defendant shall not nullify the
provisions of the court order directing the defendant to refrain
from abusing the plaintiff.
3. The defendant, Teddy L. Caufman, is ordered to stay away
from any residence the plaintiff may establish for herself in the
future except to transfer custody of the minor children.
4. The defendant is ordered to refrain from stalking the

1, The plointiff, hereinafter referred to as the mother,
ond the defendant, hereinafter referred to as the father, will
have shored 1ego1 custody of the children,
2. Physical custody will be as follows:
a. The father will have tho children Sunday through
Thursday from 5:30 p,m. until 10:00 p,m, each day,
b. The mother will have the children at all other
times when they are not scheduled to be in the father's
custody.
c, The parties will alternate custody every other
weekend from Friday ot 5:00 p.m. until Sunday at noon with
the mother's first scheduled weekend beginning Auguet 26,
1994. I f the fBther has to work on the weekend he is to
have physical custody of the children, custody will be with
the mother,
3, The mother and father will share the following holidays,
at times Qgreed upon by the parties: Easter, ThanksgiVing,
Christmos, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and Labor Day.

1994, by the plaintiff, DeeDee A. Caufman, and the defendant,
Teddy L. Caufman, The plaintiff is represented by Joan Carey of
Lugal Services, Inc,j the defendant is represented by Michael A,
Scherer of O'Brien, Baric, and Scherer, The parties agree that
the following may be entered as an Order of Court.
1. The defendant, Teddy L. Caufman, aQrees to refrain from
abusing the plaintiff, DeeDee A. Caufman, or from placing her in
fear of abuse,
2. The defendant agrees not to stalk the plaintiff or from
harass the plaintiff or her relatives.
3. The defendant agrees to stay away from the residence
located at 2 W. Middlesex Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, except
to transfer custody of the minor children,
4. The defendant agrees to stay away from any residence the
plaintiff may establish for herself in the future except to
transfer custody of the minor children.
5. The defendant agrees to refrain from damaging or
destroying any property owned by the plaintiff or any property
jointly owned by the parties.
6, The defendant, although entering into this Agreement,
does not admit the allegations made in the Petition.
7. The defendant understands that the Protective Order

a custody Order regarding their children, Brittanie caufman and

mother, and the defendant, hereinafter referred to as the
father, will have shared legal custody of the children.
h, Physical custody will be as follows:
i, The father will have the children sunday
through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. eaoh

vary from this sohedule at any time.
e. Eaoh parent agrees to notify the other immediatelY
of medioal emergencies which arise while the ohildren are in
that parent's oare,
f. The panmts realize that their children's well
being is paramount to any differencea they might have
between themselves, Therefore, they agree that neither
parent will do anything which may estrange the children from
the other parent, or injure the opinion of the children ae
to the othar parent or which may hamper the free and natural
devolopment of the children's love or respect for the other
parent.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that Orders of Court be
