Timothy Reitz, Deputy Sheriff. who being duly sworn according to
law. says that on August 18. 1994 at 1:34 o'clock P.M.. E.D.S.T., he served a
true copy of the within Summons in Civil Action Law, in the above entitled
action. upon the within named defendant, to wit: R.F. Fager Co.. by making
known unto Harold Brosius, Manager and adult in charge. at 2058 State Road,
Camp Hill, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania. its contents and at the same time
handing to him personally the said true and attested copy of the same.
R. Thomas Kline, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law,
says that he made diligent search and inquiry for the within named defendant,
to wit: Steve Montgomery, but was unable to locate him in his bailiwick. He
therefore deputized the Sheriff of Dauphin County. Pennsylvania, to serve the
within Summons in Civil Action Law according to law.
DAUPHIN COUNTY RETURN: AND NOW: August 19, 1994 at 9:56 A.M.,
served the within Summons upon Steve Montgomery c/o HAJOCH by personally
handing to Dan Papinchak, Estimator and person in charge at time of service, a
true attested copy of the original Summons and making known to him the
contents thereof at 101 South 17th St., Harrisburg. Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania. So Answers: William H. Livingston. Sheriff of Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania.
