COMPLAINT
1. The plaintiff, Tamara C. St. Onge, is an individual residing at 133
West Locust Street, Apt, C-6, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
2, The defendant, Michael C, Hugendubler, is an individual residing
at 172-A Erford Road, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
3, On June 30,1993, the plaintiff was the owner of a 1992 Volkswagen
automobile, which she had parked in the parking lot of the School House
Apartments in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
4, In the early morning hours of the aforesaid day, the defendant
threw large rocks and part of a cinder block through the windshield, both
passenger windows and the back window, and damaged the said Volkswagen.
5. As a result of the aforesaid intentional acts of the defendant, the
plaintiff sustained $1,925.89 in damages to her said Volkswagen, as is more fully
set forth in the attached Exhibit "A".
WHEREFORE, the plaintiff claims of the defendant the sum of $1,925.89,
an amount requiring compulsory referral to arbitration, under the local Rules of
Court,
